Strategic advisory.

We work with small and mid-sized companies facing decisive moments in their growth — preparing for capital raises, entering new markets, restructuring ownership, or repositioning a business model that has outgrown its original design. Our engagements begin with a focused six-week diagnostic: a structured review of strategy, operations, financials, and governance, conducted in close dialogue with leadership and key stakeholders. The output is a board-ready transformation plan — specific, costed, and built to be executed, not shelved.

II

ESG-aligned investment structuring.

We advise family offices and private investors approaching the Baltic region on the structuring of investments that meet rigorous financial and sustainability criteria. From sourcing and due diligence through to holding-structure design and ongoing governance, our role is to ensure that capital is deployed in a form that is fiscally efficient, legally sound, and aligned with the investor's long-term ESG commitments. We work alongside the client's existing legal, tax, and banking counsel — not in their place.

Interim and turnaround leadership.

For mid-market companies navigating distress, ownership change, or operational discontinuity, we provide interim financial and operational leadership at board and executive level. Whether stepping in as Interim CFO, leading a restructuring programme, or stabilising a business ahead of a transaction, the engagement is hands-on and time-bounded. The objective is always the same: restore clarity, restore control, and hand the business back to its owners in a stronger condition than we found it.

Three to twelve months. On-site or remote as required. Board-mandated.
